Hybrid Solar Dryer (Movable)

Hybrid Solar Dryer is used to dry food materials such as fruit, vegetable, herb , spice, fish, meat, mushroom , etc. using generated heat and forced convection from blower/extractor fan.

Hybrid Solar Dryer is designed and fabricated to generate heat from dual sources, i.e. Solar Radiation (Sunlight) and Gas Heater or DC/AC Heater or Charcoal. Gas used here could be NG, LPG, Biogas. etc.

Hybrid solar dryer improves drying efficiency and drying rate by helping to complete drying not completed by solar radiation in a day. It can be used when no sun is available or not sufficient. Hybrid solar dryer ranks best where flexibility, timeliness and food material nutrients, taste, colour, essential oil and other inherent properties are of importance.
